T WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
- Schedule management, including setting up meetings and appointments.
- Organize travel arrangements and reservations.
- Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.) and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with personal tasks such as errands, event planning, and managing personal appointments.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Support day-to-day office operations and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
- Previous experience in an assistant or administrative role is a plus but not required.
