Entry Level Position in Client Management - The Virella Agencies

At the Virella Agencies, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our expanding team in an entry-level position with a pathway to management. You will be responsible for identifying prospective clients from the leads provided, setting appointments, conducting effective qualification calls, and managing the client engagement process. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify potential opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Identify appropriate prospects and target markets to expand the client base
• Set appointments and conduct effective qualification calls to understand client needs and identify potential solutions
• Manage the client engagement process from initial contact to successful outcomes
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and proactively identify opportunities for further engagement
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to provide a seamless client experience
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges
• Provide regular reports and updates to management

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed
• Must be able to lift and carry presentation materials

Compensation and Incentives:

• Average first-year income is $50,000-$80,000 with the potential to earn more based on performance
