Entry Level Sales Associate - Cerulean Consulting Inc.

We are in search of an entry-level Sales Associate that has an exuberant personality and a passion for working with others! Our Sales Associates place a huge emphasis on the attention to detail with each customer account, and the ability to solve any and all problems, should they arise. They lead with the utmost professionalism, and cost-effective sales solutions for our clients to increase their market share and drive sales revenue and overall profitability.
 

Responsibilities of our Entry Level Sales Associate:

• Drive sales results by delivering a top-notch and elevated customer experience in-person through providing information on client products and services
• Initiate and create a relationship with each customer account
• Achieve all productivity goals through successful negotiation and upselling tactics
• Act as a product knowledge expert and always lead sales interactions with product features and benefits, not discounts
• Provide customer support and answer any questions asked in a professional manner
• Brainstorm and strategize with other Entry Level Sales Associates new and innovative ways to maximize sales results and optimal profit margins

Requirement for our next Entry Level Sales Associate:

• 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, OR equivalent entry-level position is required
• Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about working with other team members/customers
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills is a must!
• Student mentality, with the drive to continually improve and succeed
