About the Insurance Sales Representative Position

Our team is seeking a motivated and dedicated Insurance Sales Representative to join our company. As an Insurance Sales Representative with Alchemy Financial , you'll help current and prospective customers determine which of our plans best fits their needs while building lasting relationships with them.

Insurance Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Become familiar with and retain information about the insurance plans offered
• Identify potential clients and attempt to build working relationships with them
• Engage with prospective clients through email, phone, or in person to discuss the company's insurance offerings
• Work with clients to find the plan that best suits their needs, explaining the pros and cons of each option
• Assist clients by giving customized quotes, trying to find something within their budget
• Explain approved policies to customers
• Answer client questions as needed
• Regularly revisit clients to reevaluate their policy needs, suggesting modifications and updates
• Stay knowledgeable of insurance trends and practices 

Insurance Sales Representative Requirements

• [1+] years of experience as an Insurance Sales Representative
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outgoing personality with strong persuasive and sales skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Superb organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic math and data skills
• Computer literacy
• BA/BS in finance or similar field preferred
