We are a growing sales and business support firm looking to hire an Entry Level Sales Support Manager to help us with our newest division in the Kansas City area. Our primary goal is to facilitate new customer acquisition and drive sales growth for our clients in the local area. As an Entry-Level Sales Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and optimizing our sales operations to meet client demand and support our dedicated B2B sales team. You will work closely with fellow sales team members to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer outreach initiatives, and to contribute to the overall success of our newest partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for expanding outreach capabilities and meeting client acquisition goals.
- Initiate visits to prospective businesses as assigned by the senior manager.
- Use company-provided materials and product knowledge to effectively present and explain our offerings to local businesses.
- Approach potential customers and businesses with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Engage in conversations, build rapport, and listen actively to understand their needs and preferences.
- Address any questions or concerns customers might have regarding the products or services.
- Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our clients products or services.
- Highlight how our clients' offerings meet the specific needs and wants of the potential customer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong passion for developing a career in the sales and business industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Leadership potential with the ability to motivate and guide a team of entry-level associates.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales software tools.
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Previous experience in sales, customer support, or team management is a plus.
