**Job Summary:**
The Virella Agencies is currently seeking individuals interested in Sales to Management positions in our office. We are looking for candidates with a passion for leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to drive office expansion. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of sales processes, excel in customer service with existing clients, nurture relationships, and close deals effectively. This role requires a quick learner with adept negotiation skills, the flexibility to adapt swiftly, and the willingness to engage in presentations, attend training events, and support professional development initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain strong relationships with current clients to deliver exceptional service and uncover new sales opportunities
- Identify prospective clients, schedule appointments, conduct effective qualifying sales calls, and guide the sales cycle towards successful closure across all service categories
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation for field presentations
**Qualifications:**
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Retail preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Personal integrity and a commitment to professional conduct
- Willingness to travel to either our Troy or Grand Rapids office at least once a week
- Possession of a valid US Driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check
