Entry Level Trading Desk Operations Analyst
Location: Baltimore, MD (3 days in office per week)
Position Type: Contract
Rate: $19.00 - $20.00/hr

* Note these interviews will be 1 round either in-person or over Zoom
Role is within the Global Loan Services department within the Operations division. This position will be specifically working with Residential Loans supporting both Institutional business units and performing Trade Settlement, Servicing and Reconciliation functions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to multitask is essential. Knowledge of financial services field and specifically Residential Mortgages is preferred. Must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once. Must have strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned and problem solving skills, be able to work independently.
Duties may include:
Executing trade settlements; master servicing and exception management in support of Trading Desk and Operational personnel; checking inbound client documents for accuracy, making outbound contact both in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders. Requires ability to define and prioritize project activities and follow-up on project progress; strong written and verbal communication skills, strong working knowledge and proficiency in the appropriate computer programs such as MS Word and Excel is essential, knowledge of financial services field.
