Seeking a resource to support an enterprise HCM transformation effort within the US Intelligence community. Those who excel in this role are motivated self-starters who love to solve challenging problems and are comfortable both working directly with customers and with an innovative internal team.
Description:
- User administration experience in any cloud environment
- Experience in authoring/maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for O&M environments
- Experience with Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM)/Oracle Fusion Configuration Package Management
- Experience with Oracle HCM cloud upgrade, support, and maintenance tools
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM administration (User management, Process Scheduling, etc.)
- Exposure to Linux environment
- In lieu of Oracle products experience, a motivated self-starter who is willing to learn Oracle SaaS applications and environments
Qualifications:

- Ten (10) years’ experience as a DBA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of additional DBA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
