Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Environmental Associate position should have:
1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. At least 1-3 years of experience in environmental law, real estate, engineering, or a related field.
3. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and policies, particularly those related to real estate and engineering.
4. Experience working with or within governmental agencies.
5. Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.
6. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Membership in good standing with a State Bar.
