Environmental Attorney Position: Focus on Regulatory Compliance and Litigation
A leading law firm dedicated to environmental law and sustainability is seeking a skilled and motivated Environmental Attorney to join its dynamic team. The firm is passionate about protecting the environment and representing clients in industries such as energy, real estate, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on environmental regulations, compliance issues, and risk management strategies.
- Representing clients in litigation and negotiations related to environmental matters.
- Conducting legal research and analysis on environmental laws and policies.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, permits, and legal documents related to environmental issues.
- Collaborating with clients and regulatory agencies to develop compliance strategies.
- Staying updated on industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes in environmental law.
Qualifications:
- Experience Level: Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in environmental law or a related field.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in environmental law or related fields.
- Strong understanding of federal and state environmental regulations, including NEPA, CERCLA, and RCRA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Compensation: $120,000 - $175,000, depending on experience and background.
