Environmental Attorney Position: Focus on Regulatory Compliance and Litigation

A leading law firm dedicated to environmental law and sustainability is seeking a skilled and motivated Environmental Attorney to join its dynamic team. The firm is passionate about protecting the environment and representing clients in industries such as energy, real estate, and manufacturing.

• Client Development: Associates are encouraged to work directly with clients, advising on compliance and sustainability strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on environmental regulations, compliance issues, and risk management strategies.
• Representing clients in litigation and negotiations related to environmental matters.
• Conducting legal research and analysis on environmental laws and policies.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, permits, and legal documents related to environmental issues.
• Collaborating with clients and regulatory agencies to develop compliance strategies.
• Staying updated on industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes in environmental law.

Qualifications:

• Experience Level: Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in environmental law or a related field.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in environmental law or related fields.
• Strong understanding of federal and state environmental regulations, including NEPA, CERCLA, and RCRA.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Compensation: $120,000 - $175,000, depending on experience and background.
