- Draft, review, and negotiate complex environmental agreements.

Job Details
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing environmental law, with a focus on land use.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to handle complex environmental and land use cases.
- Excellent research, analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Commitment to ethical standards and a high level of professional integrity.
