Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for a wide range of activities from creating and processing service orders and sales order, creating transportation documents, and prelims in SAP.
- Ensure the appropriate billing of both on-contract and off-contract items - which means that the selected candidate will become intimately familiar with the nuances of multiple contracts and will be relied upon to ensure the accuracy of our billing and the satisfaction of our customers.
- Lead many aspects of the month-end billing activity ensuring that pricing matches the pro-formsand that all charges are entered correctly into SAP.
- Work with the Billing and Customer Service Departments to investigate any credit requests and ensure the accuracy of these requests.
- Work across multiple offices and step in and assist other TSR's as required to ensure a TS Group wide successful closing.
- Infrequent overnight travel may be required during training
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Expert in Excel (including pivot tables), Outlook, and Word are required
- Minimum of two (2) years experience with SAP
- Two to four years of customer service, sales support, or related field experience is preferred.
