Who you are:Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, Engineering, or a related field.Passionate about safety and environmental sustainability – eager to contribute to a safer and more sustainable workplace.Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, able to identify potential risks and propose effective solutions.A proactive communicator who can clearly convey safety concepts and requirements to diverse audiences.A team player with a collaborative mindset, ready to work alongside professionals from various departments.Self-motivated and responsible, with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage projects independently.OSHA certification preferred What you will do: Our Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Internship offers a hands-on experience where you will contribute to creating and maintaining a safe and compliant workplace. Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to:Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of EH&S programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.Participate in safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.Gather and analyze EH&S data, such as incident reports and safety metrics, to help drive continuous improvement initiatives.Assist in the development and delivery of safety training programs, ensuring that employees are informed about best practices and regulatory updates.Work closely with various departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the organization.Own and manage a specific EH&S project throughout the summer and present your findings, experiences, and recommendations to key leaders.
