About the Job
Selectek is seeking an experienced HSE Manager on a direct-hire basis. Our partnering company, located near Racine, Wisconsin, needs candidates with extensive knowledge of OSHA, safety, and environmental standards to ensure a safe and healthy work culture.
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Expected Pay Range: $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience
Location: Racine, Wisconsin
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of practical experience in manufacturing settings
- Knowledge of OSHA reporting and guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in science/engineering OR relevant experience
- Familiarity with state and federal government agency rules and regulations
In addition to these requirements, candidates must hold United States citizenship, per the clients request. Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
Job Details:
- Update and maintain HSE policies and programs
- Conduct risk assessment and implement proactive measures to mitigate
- Conduct internal and external safety audits
- Lead accident investigations and use findings to create improvement plans
- Serve as HSE subject matter expert and represent site at group HSE meetings
- Manage emergency preparedness plans
-Develop and deliver training curriculum
- Assess current and future training needs through SWOT analysis
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p
