Overview
The Environmental Marketing Coordinator supports and manages the daily activities related to key initiatives, special projects, and new store materials for in-store graphics and fixtures across all Sally Beauty stores. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and vendors to develop, design, and implement visual elements with a focus on tracking project timelines, maintaining meticulous records, assisting with installations, and providing essential administrative support. This is a hybrid role reporting into the office in Denton Texas on Tuesdays and Weds of each week, but needs to be available to work in the office depending on workload. Willingness to travel when needed.

Essential functions:
Project Management
- Assist with recording project timelines and invoicing.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Track project progress and identify potential issues or delays.
- Provide regular reports on assigned tasks.
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the Environmental Marketing Manager, including research, documentation, and presentations.
- Assist in the procurement and management of vendors for materials, fabrication, and installation of environmental graphics elements.
Installation Support
- Assist in the installing in store fixtures and marketing visuals.
- Travel locally and around the United States for store installations.
- Ensure that all environmental graphics elements meet quality standards and comply with design specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections during the fabrication and installation process.
- Communicate with vendors and cross-functional partners about any problems that may arise during installation.
- Photograph images and create documentation to help field teams execute a variety of tactics.
Other Duties as Assigned
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Assist with cross-functional projects or initiatives as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Environmental Graphics Manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abililties:
Project Management:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point)
Design Principles and Tools:
- Basic understanding of design principles and aesthetics.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of environmental graphics materials and techniques.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions /Physical Requirements
- The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.
- The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
