About the Job
RELYANT Global is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to support environmental remediation contracts. The Environmental Project Manager has responsibility for the management and the company's successful contract performance of its Environmental Services projects. These projects include but are not limited to Environmental Services in support of construction, engineering, environmental remediation, operations and management, scientific & technical services, and Unexploded Ordnance (UXO). Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of government and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Scope, Schedule, and Budget for projects assigned.
- Ensures all projects attain established goals with a clear focus on quality, cost, delivery, and complete customer satisfaction.
- Lead weekly internal and external project meetings.
- Monitor development of projects with focus on design as it impacts quality and cost.
- Drives continuous improvement efforts in all areas of project management.
- Monitor status of critical sub-suppliers for design, timing quality and issue resolution.
- Develops proposals (technical solutions and cost elements) for upcoming projects as assigned.
- Establishes and maintains strong customer relationships.
- Establishes and maintains strong supplier relationships on domestic and global levels.
- Travel OCONUS and CONUS in support of projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, or chemistry from an accredited U.S. Institution...master's degree considered a plus
- 3 years Project management experience managing projects of $10M or greater preferred
- 3 or more years experience in U.S. Government Contracting working with NAVFAC or USACE preferred
- Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred.
- Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist certification considered a plus.
