Health Advocates Network is seeking a Environmental Science Teacher to work at a Facility in Baltimore, MD. This is a registry position with our company.
Pay Rate: $35 - $40 / hour

Shift Details:
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Incorporate hands-on activities, experiments, and field trips to enhance the learning experience
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their growth and development
- Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to support the overall success of the school community
- Stay current on environmental issues, trends, and research to enhance your teaching practice
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Teaching certification or license in Maryland Environmental Science or a related subject
- Previous teaching experience at the high school level is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for environmental education and a commitment to inspiring students to become environmentally conscious citizens
