POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of this job is to clean all designated Williamson Health facilities using the proper procedures and equipment as assigned by Environmental Service management. All WH Policies and Procedures and Standards of Performance will be followed at all times.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Formal Education / Training:
High school diploma preferred or equivalent work experience.
Workplace Experience:
Cleaning experience preferred or any successful work experience that has shown the candidate has the ability to learn.
Equipment and Skills Training:
Experience operating any cleaning tools preferred or the ability to learn to operate tools as needed. Must be able to communicate in English on their own for safety purposes. Must possess the interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good relationships with co-workers.
Physical Environment:
All assigned areas of WH including offices, departments, corridors, and clinical areas
Physical Effort:
Prolonged standing, stooping, bending, pulling, pushing, walking, and carrying objects weighing up to 45 pounds. The job requires manual dexterity and the ability to move the hand easily and skillfully. Must be able to see, balance, stoop, crouch, reach, feel, and communicate.

- Knows and can write or verbalize and demonstrate 8 step cleaning procedures
- Individuals assigned to an area for 6 months or more will receive the score for that area. All other personnel will receive department score at the time of the evaluation.
- Annual average Press Ganey courtesy score at evaluation time
- Annual HCAHPS "Room always clean" score at evaluation time
- Annual employee attendance record (since last evaluation)
- Annual employee tardiness record (since last evaluation)
- Annual score of Employee Schedule Inspection
- Annual score of Closet \ Equipment Inspection
- Annual score of Precautions and Safety test
- Annual score of Chemicals and Cart test
- Annual score of Policies and Procedures
- Annual average turnaround times for room cleaning
