Position Overview:
The Environmental Services Aide maintains assigned areas in a clean orderly and sanitary condition by performing work assignments in an effective and prescribed manner. This position responds to special request for cleaning or assistance needed in order to maintain the overall smoth flow of work for the facility in a through and timely manner. This also includes using various types of disinfectants and germicidal cleaners.

The ESP Aide shall prioritize daily work activities to maintain a clean, attractive, and sanitary condition in an assigned area.
EDUCATION
_Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._
HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
Experience as an ESP Aide/housekeeper in a patient care facility is preferred, but not required.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

Pay Range is $20.00 to $24.39 / hour
_The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
