Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager 3 for UNC Hospitals. This is a 900+ bed academic medical center located in central North Carolina, and is the flagship hospital of UNC Health Care. This role will oversee a fast-paced, patient-centered environment overseeing a team of 275 at 2 locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, a history of managing at a major medical facility, a history of overseeing multiple buildings, a track record of proven leadership skills, and the ability to coach, develop, and lead a group of highly-skilled managers.

The ideal candidate for this position will:
- be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
- lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
- effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
- support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
