Job Skills Requirements:
1. Ability to create, follows, and completes a facility maintenance schedule. Must be available to respond to emergency situations 24 hours per day. Must be able to manage facility needs and staff assignments 24 hours per day.
2. Ability to work and communicate effectively with others. Required to function independently, and to understand the notification requirements to Executive Director.
3. Aware of, adheres to, and promotes, the policies and procedures of Park Place including resident's rights of privacy and dignity.
4 Aware of and adheres to all state and federal regulations.
5. Demonstrates cooperative teamwork in all duties.
6 Ability to demonstrate high quality communication with residents, family members, staff, supervisors and community contacts.
7. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all facility equipment, fire-systems, electrical, carpentry, and plumbing.
8. Must be able to think, act, and intervene independently in both routine and emergency situations.
9 Must be able to provide project management, including CME process through payment processes.
