Job Summary and Qualifications

The Environmental Services Manager will oversee the day to day Environmental Services (EVS) Operations, PBX (Switchboard) Operations, Linen Operations, and oversight/development of EVS supervisors/leads. 

· You will assist in managing/oversight of budget and supplies for EVS.

· You will ensure only the highest quality and focus on constant improvement of survey scores for our patients and visitors

· Perform observations on EVS Staff/PBX Operators to ensure quality of work and outstanding customer service.

· Serve in an Environmental Services Supervisor, EVS Tech, or PBX Operator Role when needed as well as filling in for the Director in Director’s absence

· You will drive a culture of harmony and employee engagement for your assigned departments.

What qualifications you will need:

· At least five (5) years’ experience in management. Prefer 10 years’ experience in EVS/Housekeeping.

· Experience/compassion in dealing with geriatric and youth population preferred

· Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or business or equivalent in experience preferred
