Job Overview:Shriners Children’s Northern California is currently seeking a EVS Manager to oversee our Environmental Services Department.
This position is full time, exempt and benefits eligible. The pay range for this position is $82,200 - $123,300/year. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity.
Responsibilities:- Plan, direct, and manage the day-to-day activities of Environmental Services staff
- Assure provision of quality environmental services and the provision of linen in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Act as a resource to staff, patients, families and the general public regarding assigned areas of responsibility
- Management of grounds and indoor plant inventory.
- Ensure quality Environmental / Housekeeping and Linen Services
- Manage staff (hiring, staffing, training, evaluating)
- Maintain inventory, ordering supplies
- Maintain vendor relations

Qualifications:Minimum:
- High School graduate/GED
- 5+ years Environmental Services leadership experience
Preferred:
- Healthcare experience
