Environmental Services Technician - Full-time – Eastpark Medical Center - University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics Authority

These positions work 8-hour evening shifts between the hours of 3:00pm to 1:30am. If selected for an interview, we will discuss the schedule options at that time. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay: This position includes a shift/weekend differential, and you may be eligible for up to a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus (pro-rated on FTE/Hours).

We are seeking an Environmental Services Technician (EVS Tech/Housekeeping/Janitor) to:

• Perform general housekeeping and custodian responsibilities within the University Hospital.
• Clean and disinfect facilities, using proper procedures and equipment.
• Aid in the prevention of diseases by sanitizing patient and public areas.
• Follow hospital procedures to dispose of contaminated items.
• Work independently as a Housekeeper under general supervisor.

Preferred - High School Diploma or equivalent education

Work Experience :

Preferred - At least six months of continuous employment with a single employer. Previous cleaning and/or customer service experience.

Eastpark Medical Center - UW Health's new state-of-the-art ambulatory facility will transform the patient experience and offer cutting-edge proton therapy.
