About the Job
ENVIRONMENTAL SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily supervision of the plant associates, including training and development, assessment and motivation of associates to maximize performance and job satisfaction.
Includes conducting annual performance reviews and establishment of measurable objectives for associates.
Maintains and communicates information of plant operations at staff meetings, which are held daily and/or monthly.
Implements and maintains quality improvements plans, policies procedures, and programs, which are endorsed by plant superintendent and facility manager. CPI development and tracking.
In collaboration with other Supervisors, assesses, plans and develops, implements, and evaluates production and operation needs. Ensure product, poly and all other necessities availability.
Follows up on all production and environmental issues to resolution.
Responsible for developing, planning and budgeting for established Environmental Compliance’s, projects and capital projects.
Develops and implements training for the facilities Environmental Compliance Program.
Ensure the Safety of all Associates.
Other duties as assigned.
