Epi Product Principal Manager - Coherent Corp.

• Research and analyze market conditions
• Identify key competitor and consumer trends
• Articulate market requirements and opportunities for product innovation and enhancements.
• Work with Process and Design engineering to identify process parameters (and limits) to ensure parametric performance is in control
• Determine product specifications
• Determine the long-term strategy of the product and create product roadmap.
• Prepare product documents including market requirements

• MS or PhD in Engineering, Material Sciences, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in technical, application and customers engagement preferably in manufacturing, quality or engineered materials industry
• Industrial experience of SiC or related applications
• On-hands experience with SiC Epitaxial process is a plus
• Experience with problem analysis and resolution
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others
• Ability to recommend and implement improvements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Statistical Analysis
• Experience with MS Office, spreadsheets, databases, scripting, statistical software

• Ability to handle multiple priorities involving external and internal priorities
• Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment
• Handle special assignments promptly and professionally
• Set a high standard of ethics, professionalism, leadership, and competency.
