You can also make up to $90,000 to $100,000 annually with bonuses and overtime opportunities, depending on experience.

YOUR DAY

This is a full-time position, ensuring a consistent 40-hour workweek. We recognize the importance of work-life balance, and with 75% of our projects in the Tampa, FL area, you can expect to spend most nights at home.

Your typical day involves overseeing crew operations, guiding teams through projects, and effectively addressing any challenges with clear communication. Your responsibilities extend beyond the physical work, encompassing the interpretation and communication of project plans, as well as accurate record-keeping. This role is an opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, contribute to hands-on craftsmanship, and play a pivotal role in the success of our company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver's license
• Mastery of polished concrete skills with proven leadership experience
• Expertise in working in the field, leading and inspiring a team to achieve outstanding results
• Minimum of 2 years experience, 5 years preferred
