Overview
Ensure appropriate equipment coordination through scheduling use of tools and equipment required by job, reception of returning tools and follow up of maintenance.
Responsibilities
Alignment of tools equipment and personnel for projects (40%)
- Monitors on a daily basis the schedule, locates and allocates tool components prior to execution,
- Identify tool components from inventory allowing sufficient time to execute tool maintenance, build and test/setup procedures,
- Maintains tool history database, i.e. removes tool components listed on build sheet of FTRR from availability,
- Monitoring daily the technician/run schedule to ensure availability of technicians
- Updates inventory database to reflect departing inventory items,
Reception of tools & equipment's (40%)
- Receives copy of the triage document from the Field Technician and attaches it to returning tool,
- Tracks spare parts and equipment returning from use in the field,
- Updates inventory database to reflect returning inventory items,
- Updates tool history database to reflect current tool component, location and status,
Operational Administration (20%)
- Provides assistance to Logistics administration and CommOps Team to organize all aspects of ILI Technician travel arrangements (foreign currency, flights and accommodation, etc.),
- Provides shipping and logistics cover to Logistics Coordinator during annual leave;
Experience
- High School Diploma
- Inventory experience in a shop setting - preferred.
- IT literate,
- Ability to take initiatives and to multitask.
- Team player and stress resistant.
- Good communication skills in English
