Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on assembly equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Construct and maintain boards and pallets used in the assembly process.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production staff to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance area and equipment storage.
- Operate power tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday and occasional overtime as needed.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
- Previous experience building boards and pallets.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
- Certification in equipment operation and safety standards.
