About the Job
Busy Event Catering company looking for a manager for our equipment room.
Job Includes:
Packing event equipment into vans for each job.
Unloading vans when event returns.
Keeping equipment clean and ready to use.
Re-stocking shelves with equipment and supplies.
Interacting with other departments and catering software to anticipate supplies needed for up-coming events.
Washing bins, carts and a small fleet of vans to keep them ready for use.
Submitting inventory orders to Facilities Manager in a timely manner.
This position requires someone with good organization and care for details. This person should be able to communicate well with other team members and effectively motivate those who work in the pack room.
Follow through and care for the quality of your work is important.
Must be able to life up to 50 pounds.
Pay is $25/hour plus medical, dental, vision, 401K matching funds benefits
Full time mostly Tuesday through Saturday but must have a flexible schedule when needed.
Clean driving record required and willingness to submit to a background check.
