Job Title: Equipment Operator

Reports To: Crew Leader/Foreman

Status: Regular, Full Time, Non-exempt

Primary Function: Responsible for the safe and productive operation and daily maintenance of equipment such as backhoes, dozers, hoe rams, boom trucks, and specialty trucks in contract areas, including gas.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist in site preparation and material handling.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and relevant certifications.
• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety practices.
