Job Title: Equipment Operator

Position Summary: The Equipment Operator is an entry-level role focused on the construction, maintenance, and repair of electrical overhead distribution systems. This position requires travel to various locations, including potential out-of-state assignments based on customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the construction and maintenance of overhead distribution systems.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
