Equipment Operator, Senior - Public Works - City of Riviera Beach

Summary Objective

The purpose of this position is to perform semi-skilled manual labor and operate various light and moderately heavy equipment in the maintenance and repair of municipal streets, grounds, and other City property as designated.

This class works under general supervision, independently developing work methods and sequences.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Requires six years of experience in semi-skilled manual labor, using and operating vehicles and equipment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
