RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run SMT assembly machines per work instructions
- Maintain flow across multiple pieces of inline automated assembly machines
- Follow all safety and ergonomics programs & guidelines
- Perform basic quality checks as required
- Participate in team based continuous improvement activities
- Perform other work as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions to ensure quality
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Paid on the job training is provided - No experience required
- 2nd shift: Hours for this position are 2:50pm - 1:00am Monday through Thursday (4-10 hour days)
- 3rd shift: Hours for this position are 7:00pm - 5:10am Monday through Thursday (4-10 hour days)
- Top pay is $24.55 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential
- Climate controlled working environment
