Key Resposibilities as an Equipment and Sanitation Supervisor for dnata Catering, is to oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of all equipment and sanitation processes. You will work closely with the catering team to ensure that all equipment, such as ovens, refrigerators, and food preparation stations, are in good working condition and meet industry standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring strict sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment in compliance with food safety regulations. This includes ensuring proper cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as training and supervising staff on proper sanitation practices. You will also be responsible for inventory management of equipment and supplies, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of sanitation regulations will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of quality and safety at dnata Catering.

You Will:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, and applicable laws.
- Cooperate with and maintain open communication between shifts and departments.
- Conduct daily safety, sanitation, and GMP compliance inspections.
- Assist with training and instructing all staff in cleaning production equipment and the facility.
- Report food safety and quality issues to ENS Manager, Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Manager.
- Supervise all aspects of inventory management to ensure financial and customer requirements are met.
- Directly work with FSQA Manager and General Manager.
- Assist with creating and adhering to a “production schedule” in all sections to provide correct service to your customers. Ensures timely delivery of flight equipment to service areas on time.
- Responsible for supervising hours and payroll reporting for shift, daily on ADP.
- Communicate with other shifts and all internal departments to ensure the above level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Work in a safe manner to prevent accidents to self and coworkers. Stresses safe-work habits to all employees daily.
- Immediately investigates, documents, and reports all on the job accidents following company safety procedures to ENS Manager.
- Produce required shift reports and documentation.
- Communicate all related matters to personnel with daily F2F meetings.\
- Supervise inventory control of chemicals and sanitation supplies.
- Maintain outside grounds free of debris & weeds for the facility. This includes in and outer parts of the parking lot.
- Responsible for waste and grease pick up on a regular basis.
- Provide feedback to Overnight Deep Cleaning Supervisor/Lead, daily
- Responsible for ensuring that all Sanitation Team Members possess and demonstrate the knowledge to follow all applicable chemical safety and food safety procedures.
- Develop a sanitation schedule to meet the Sanitation SOP frequency.
Ideal Candidate
- The ideal candidate will lead employees to ensure compliance with all safety, company, and regulatory procedures. In addition, ensuring that the sanitation process meets all FDA and/or USDA and internal requirements.
- The individual will ensure that the sanitation SOP is being followed and all activities are documented per company policy.
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation processes/procedures and HACCP.
NONESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Other duties as assigned by unit Supervisors.
This salary range and is influenced by the level of experience. When calculating the base pay, we take into account various factors such as location, qualifications, training, and experience as part of the overall compensation package.
Compensation: $63,000 - $65,000
You Have:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Associates Degree, equivalent, or a minimum of 3 years related experience in warehouse, logistics and sanitation within a manufacturing industry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office.
- 3+ years superviorsy experiance.
- Basic knowledge of Demand Planning and Vendor Management.
- Ability to interact with employees, customers, and vendors at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Customer Relations skills.
Intellectual/Social demands:
- While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is continuously asked to multi-task under time limits. Position requires constant attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards including following simple to complex (more than 3 steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. This position also requires constant attendance and punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time. Physical demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 30 pounds. Work environment:
- The essential functions of this position are performed indoors. The noise level in the work environment can range from minimal to loud.
