- Assist SFLC with equipment specialist services related to supply management.
- Working knowledge and understanding of basic maintenance support concepts related to electronic equipment.
- Minimum two years of experience maintaining electronic equipment and working in an equipment database.
- Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications
- Provide work timely and accurately in accordance with contract and policies
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Use technology for the completion of specified job duties
- Attend work regularly according to assigned work schedule
- Wear ID badge(s) at all times while performing work under this contract
- Follow instructions

Secondary Functions:
- Assumes other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as needed
- Assist AFLC SB-PL, IBCT-PL, MEC-PL, and C5ISC with equipment services
- Draw and review blue prints and technical diagrams
- Calculate and review area, numbers and items need for project
- Periodically oversee/inspect construction and maintenance work
- Perform mathematical computations as applicable to engineering projects and issues

- Ability to go up and down stairs

Other requirements:
- Valid driver's license from state of residence and ability to drive
- License must have been valid for at least 3 years
- If driving a 15-passenger van, must be at least 25 years old
- Acceptable driving record as determined by Agency's insurance carrier and by Chimes DC policies and procedures
- US Citizenship required
- Complete a background investigation of at least a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) with dates on file.
- Be able to obtain and maintain, Low Risk, Non-Sensitive, Physical/Logical Access, HSPD-12 Credentialing.
- Ability to travel as may be required, on a limited basis, to support this task. Locations will be CONUS, Alaska and Hawaii, and may include site visits to various Coast Guard units.

- High School diploma required; College degree preferred
- Working knowledge and understanding of basic maintenance support concepts related to electronic equipment
- Ability to draw and review blueprints and technical diagrams in line with contract/equipment requirements
- Ability to calculate and review area, numbers, and items specified in a contract to ensure project limits are met, and periodically oversee/inspect construction and maintenance work
- Ability to perform mathematical computations as applicable to engineering issues/projects
- Knowledge about regulations for MSDS, Fire and Safety, Hazard Communications and Bloodborne Pathogens
- Valid CPR/FA certification preferred
Experience:
- Minimum two years of experience maintaining electronic equipment and working in an equipment database.
- Desired - Experience working with Fleet Logistics Systems (FLS), Naval and Electronics Supply Support System (NESSS), FEDLOG, CG-LIMS Surface Technical Information Portal preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills as well as strong analytical skills required
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, such as Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
