Equipment Tech - Atlantic Health System

Responsible for assisting the surgical team before, during, and after surgery, maintaining a sterile environment.�


Principal Accountabilities:


1. Clean and process instruments/scopes in accordance with their IFUs.  (Information for use) 

• Responsibilities include maintenance of the clean/dirty rooms and equipment used for reprocessing/storage of instruments/scopes according to Atlantic Health/AMG policies
• Complete required documentation of processes and maintenance
• Continuing education in infection prevention and patient safety will be required. Other related duties as assigned
• All other duties assigned
