Essential Responsibilities | |
Description Clean equipment and accessories, then package per appropriate manufacturers' specifications. Ensure that all re-chargeable batteries are being put on charge in a timely manner, and according to manufacturer specifications. Calibrate and/or perform diagnostics for all assigned equipment within 24 hours after it has been returned from rental. Communicate with supervisor regarding damages that may have occurred during rental. Prepare equipment for new rental orders according to standard procedures. This also includes packing equipment, preparing packing lists and calibration reports and appropriate paperwork. Provide technical support and training including pre-order advice to clients via telephone, email and face-to-face. Division of Responsibilities | |
Depending on location and/or other conditions, technicians will be assigned to specific areas based on seniority, skill, and/or preference. These areas include, but are not limited to: water quality, air quality, soil, survey, and telemetry. |
Qualifications & Requirements |
High school diploma Familiarity with Microsoft Windows-based software |
Preferred Skills & Abilities |
Experience with environmental technology and/or small electronics. Enthusiasm to learn about environmental technology and its applications. |
