Location:1301 Avenue of the Americas - New York, New York 10019Equity Algo Sales PositionKeybanc Electronic Execution Services is looking for a salesperson for the equity Low Touch trading team
The ideal candidate will have experience prospecting potential clients and will have good relationships with senior-level decision makers at relevant buy-side entities
Potential applicants should have a deep understanding of US equity market structure and algorithmic trading strategies as well as strong analytical capabilities
Candidates should be able to leverage this knowledge base to have relevant, ongoing conversations with their client base to help drive revenue
The location is flexible but will be in one of Key’s existing offices and will report to the Head of Electronic Trading.Skills7+ years of equity execution sales experience at a broker dealer or similar FinTech backgroundStrong communication, presentation, and teamwork abilitiesProven track record of self-starter mentality; ability to work autonomously and as a team player Ability to work in meritocratic environment and source new clients for the firm Experience growing revenue from existing clientsAbility to multi-task and prioritize effectivelySeries 7, 63 and 57 requiredResponsibilitiesTake the lead on full US electronic equity sales processDrive new business sales efforts to completionCapitalize on existing firm relationships to unlock new revenue opportunitiesHelp educate clients and prospects on the offering and develop new opportunities for the firmWork closely with product, quant, and other sales teams internallyRepresent Key at various industry conferencesProvide pre- and post-trade analysis as well as targeted content to grow revenueCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $175,000 to $200,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience
Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance
