Equity Analyst - Edge - Principal Financial Group

**What You'll Do** We are looking for an Equity Analyst to join Principal Edge! In this role, you'll develop an understanding of our investment philosophy and process to support fundamental, bottom-up research and recommend investments for inclusion in its equity portfolios. + Work independently to find quality companies within your sector + Perform financial analysis and make projections to support your investment recommendations + Work with Edge's Director of Research and Portfolio Managers to make long-term investment recommendations for multiple portfolios + Maintain research coverage of existing investments within the assigned sector coverage + Proactively research, compile, and analyze information to aid Portfolio Managers in making informed investment decisions. Principal Edge is an investment team within Principal Asset Management. Edge manages $21B from its Seattle-based office. The team's investment process seeks to identify quality companies that pay meaningful, growing dividends. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. **Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)** $137000 - $185000 / year **Time Off Program** Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
