ER Registration Clerk - TEKsystems

TEKsystems has an exciting new ER Registration Clerk with a hospital in Santa Rosa. Please apply if you have prior administrative healthcare experience and are looking for your next role!

Description:

-Greeting patients as they walk in for appointments,

-Assisting patients during the admissions process

-Coordinate with nurses to ensure patients complete the proper paperwork,

-Ensures that accurate patient information is collected, accurate data entry of demographic and financial information into the computer system and make sure they're registered (includes verifying insurance and personal information) in the ED department.

Flexible schedule required, 40 hours/week

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1+ years of patient facing administrative healthcare experience required (medical reception, medical scheduling, insurance verification, front office MA work)

High school diploma or GED
