The main duties of a clinical resource nurseare to promote and maintain quality patient care, manage nursing operations,assist in teaching nursing staff and enforce procedures, policies, practicesand standards of the facility. A clinical resource nurse should have excellentoral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skillsand managerial skills.With a growing reputation for short wait times, almost all patients in Mt.
