About The Position
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse **Job Specialty:** Emergency Room **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) **Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified **Experience:** Minimum years of experience not specified **License:** Must have an active MD or Compact License **Certifications:** Flu Vaccine required with no exemptions **Must-Have:** 2 satisfactory professional references, including 1 supervisor/manager and 1 charge RN **Job Description:** - Work in the emergency department with shift modifications that may require working from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. - Compliance documents are due 3 days prior to the start. - Requested time off must be included during initial submission and cannot exceed 7 days; if more than 4 consecutive days are requested, an additional week will be added to the contract. - May have one major holiday off during the winter season, depending on unit specifics. - Must be comfortable floating within the hospital without restrictions, as travelers are typically the first to float. - Travel candidates must be away for at least 6 months before returning. - Former staff must have been gone for 12 months before returning as a traveler. - Orientation involves 24 non-billable hours.
