RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ERP Analyst is an entry-level position with a clearly defined career path. New hires will complete an initial Onboarding and Training Rotation where the primary responsibilities will be to successfully engage in service delivery, sales support, and process improvement activities. This foundational period provides an opportunity for new hires to learn a great deal about the Brij culture, processes our products and service offerings, as well as our industry, and prepares them to effectively perform the following:
- Provide Tier 1 managed services support to Oracle enterprise applications clients
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution with the support of Senior Consultants and Project Managers
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to estimate and build budgetary proposals and statements of work
- Perform outreach activities to generate leads for Oracle ERP applications and professional services
- Assist with building product demos, marketing content, and presentations for Oracle enterprise applications clients and prospects
- Support internal process improvement initiatives
- Other value-added activities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related studies
- 2-4 years of related professional experience
- Ability to analyze complex problems, derive options and solutions, and present in an understandable manner
- Demonstrated ability to create high quality written documentation
- A distraction-free, remote workspace/home office
- Ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours, typically 8am-5pm
- Ability to travel, as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer (Sponsorship not currently available for this position)
