ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This position is a key member of the Global ERP team and is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Company's ERP system, EPICOR. The ERP Analyst will collaborate with business partners to examine, design and implement robust solutions; document system requirements; develop functional design documentation; configure solutions; and ensure thorough unit/ integration testing meeting customer expectations. This role is a key participant on new implementations and upgrades of EPICOR in the TASi Measurement facilities globally.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- ERP Support: Support Sierra Instruments in all aspects of the Company's ERP system; including user training and assistance, maintenance of current functionality, and software upgrades. Manage and execute Help Desk tickets including account creation and security management.
- Data Integration and Reporting: Development of reporting via data integration from varying data sources. Preparation of technical reports from collection, analysis and summarization of information and use of trends. Preparation of detailed documentation for reporting, dashboarding and technical solutions deployed.
- Continuous Improvement and Process Development: Will support business led projects in new process development with analysis of business requirements, construction of process mapping and diagrams and writing of process documents and work instructions. Will identify processes that are outdated and inefficient and will define updated processes leading to measurable gains in data quality and processing time.
- Training and Development: Will maintain relevant technical knowledge with attendance in educational workshops, reviewing of professional publications and participation in online forums.
- Domestic and international travel required up to 10%.
- Will be available to interact and communicate across multiple time zones.
- Represents TASi Gas Flow in an ethical and business-like professional manner in all
- interactions with co-workers, suppliers, customers and the business community at large.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., sit and stand for prolonged periods on a computer; ability to traverse a manufacturing facility.
- Ability to view a computer monitor for lengthy periods of time.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Requirements
- Position requires high level ability to work cross functionally, think critically, problem solve, manage projects, improve and challenge processes and think creatively.
- 4-7+ years of experience with ERP support, EPICOR DMT preferred. Prior manufacturing experience and bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experienced with planning processes and project management.
- Strong competency with the Quote to Cash process; ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft; particularly Excel; SQL, BAQ's, Dashboards.

- Ability to collaborate and interact effectively with management, various functional work groups across multiple geographies
- Ability to communicate effectively; verbally and in written form.
- California driver's license and the ability to be covered under company-sponsored vehicle insurance program.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position or future opportunities.
- A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
