ERP Business Systems Analyst at Clear Point Consultants

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Commercial Banking and Cash Management to help shape the future of our banking services and products.

Job Description:

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that enhance our commercial banking and cash management services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and IT partners to ensure seamless integration of business needs with technical capabilities, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed business analysis to define system requirements, identify opportunities for process improvements, and ensure alignment with business goals in commercial banking and cash management.
• Partner with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to gather and document business and system requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to map out current business processes and develop future-state process flows.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new solutions.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge business needs with system capabilities.
• Support system testing, including developing test cases, coordinating UAT, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization in cash management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in commercial banking and cash management.
• In-depth knowledge of banking systems, cash management products (e.g., liquidity management, payments, receivables), and treasury operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking sector is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with major banking platforms or ERP systems related to cash management (e.g.,FIS, Oracle, SAP, or proprietary bank systems).
• Knowledge of emerging financial technologies (e.g., APIs, fintech solutions) and trends in digital banking.
