About the Job
Job Description: 3 Functional developer
General Responsibilities:
Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards
Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners
Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.
Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities
Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation
Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective
Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration with the HCM/Recruiting/compensation modules
At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform
At least 1 years of experience with calculated fields, EIBs, custom reports
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration (HCM/Recruiting/compensation)
Knowledge of Workday integrations (XSLT, Studio, core connector)
Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Integrations)
2 Technical developer
