Position: ERP Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Provide support, training & troubleshooting with ERP based software (SAP Business One), Warehouse Management and other software.
• Documenting and tracking of end-user issues through ticketing software.
• Creating and modifying custom reports SQL and helping automate reports.
• Assist end-users with documentation/specification of business process software.
• Coordinate testing of software updates & releases.
• Document and report errors in a timely fashion.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with MS SQL Server Database and creating custom SQL queries.
• Experience providing support with a SQL based ERP system (SAP Business one preferred but not required) providing end-user support for adding/removing users, training, and troubleshooting errors.
• Exposure working with SharePoint in conjunction with SQL/SSRS.
• Comfortable working with various departments such as accounting/finance to assist with reporting needs.
• Good understanding of business processes including order/workflow.
• Strong organization skills including time management.
• Strong communication skills at all levels within the company.

Bonus Experience:

• Reporting experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SSRS reports.
• Experience with SAP BO (SAP Business One)
• Understanding of Manufacturing business processes
