ES Assistant Director; Mon -Friday 10AM -6:30PM: WKND as needed: 80 hours - Bothwell Regional Health Center

The Environmental Service Shift Supervisor is to maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly facility environment; keep a daily QI log, supervision of Environmental Service personnel, maintain high standards of safety and infection control: Knowledge of Environmental Service techniques, familiar with standards, policies and procedures.

The Environmental Service Shift Supervisor reports directly to Director Environmental Service.

1. Demonstrates support for organizational and departmental mission and provides examples of how they were supported by actions during the year.

2. Supports and demonstrates knowledge of the Strategic Plan and the Hospital Key Initiatives.

3. Fosters and promotes teamwork within department and the organization as a whole. Works to resolves conflicts constructively and in a timely manner.

4. Ability to communicate effectively and simply with every customer and co-worker.
