About the Job
Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join our dynamic team in Corona, CA. In this role, you will provide essential support to the escrow department, assisting with customer service and administrative tasks related to escrow closings, with a primary focus on residential transactions. This position offers the opportunity to partner with an escrow officer or provide general support to a team. If you are interested in this position please read the summary and qualifications below.
Location: On-site
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Potential for Extension Based on Business Needs)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the escrow process.
Open orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents for closing.
Manage the complete disbursement and follow-up of escrow transactions.
Communicate requirements and other key information to clients in a professional manner.
Interpret agreements related to closings and prepare all necessary documentation for transactions.
Job Level Summary:
Demonstrates a solid understanding of functional tasks within escrow.
Receives assistance from more experienced team members as needed, depending on the task complexity.
Work may be reviewed for accuracy, particularly on more complex tasks.
Follows established processes and procedures while troubleshooting issues when necessary.
Provides suggestions for operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an escrow-related role.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with escrow processes, document preparation, and disbursement procedures.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
